As a first time home buyer, the task of finding somewhere affordable where I wanted to live was both exciting and intimidating. I needed a realtor who knew what he/she was talking about, who would take my needs and ideas  into consideration, and who wasn't going to try to get me to buy something I didn't want/need. Tony uses an automated system that sends you links to homes on the market that meet what you're looking for. All I had to do was look at them and let Tony know which ones I was interested in seeing.
